The Office of Marketing and Communications works to position the university as a leader in higher education by increasing public awareness and preference for WSSU, its programs and its brand and publicizing its accomplishments and resources to a wide array of audiences.
Marketing and Communications staff members produce high-quality print and electronic publications; cutting-edge multimedia; Web site content and design; a credible and high-profile reputation in the popular media; and internal communications pieces.
Our office also functions as a liaison and point of content for inquiries about the university, its programs and activities. We are committed to exemplary customer service, including quick, accurate responses to all inquiries from the media or the public at large.
