Video and Classroom Services Calendar Campus Cable Access Channel Facilities Media Services Rates and Fees Scheduling and Class or Conference Video and Classroom Technology Services Video Duplication	Home / About WSSU / Administration / Information Resources / Video and Classroom Services Video & Classroom Technology Services The Teleconference Center provides teleconferencing and distance learning through interactive video to faculty, staff, students, and the administration at Winston-Salem Stare University - Services of VCTS: Courses and seminars broadcast live via the NC-REN (North Carolina Research and Educational Network), NCIH (North Carolina Information Highway), and Video over IP (Internet Protocol). - Videoconferencing: Two-way interaction with participants at remote sites throughout the state. - Video over IP: Two-way interaction with participants at remote sites around the world using H.323 protocol. - ISDN Videoconferencing Capability: Two-way interaction with participants at remote sites throughout the world. Client will incur charges when using this service. Normally a fee is required.. - Satellite Downlink Capability: Viewing capabilities for C-Band and Ku-Band satellite programs. - Satellite Uplink Capability: C-Band and Ku-Band satellite transmission in analog or digital compressed video. Client will incur charges when using this service. - - - - - - - - - Services also include videotaping, tape editing/duplication, and technical assistance with audio/video equipment to specific groups. Coordination of programming of the three campus access channels and technical support and provide quality control and switching of channels between live feeds and playback of recorded programs.
