This site serves as a virtual meeting place where members of the Winston-Salem State University faculty, CETL program staff and faculty/staff from other professional growth centers can share resources, experiences, and initiatives to aid in improving teaching effectiveness.

We are initiating activities, building capacity and moving towards cultivating a dynamic and fruitful relationship with faculty members and their departments. Our goal is to partner with all WSSU academic units in projects related to fostering the scholarship of teaching.  In addition, our aim is to support faculty members in their efforts to become more effective face-to-face and/or online teachers.  We care about research on teaching and learning, we support faculty members in this effort.
