The Office of Distance Learning administers several credit-bearing opportunities for North Carolinians to enhance their education. These opportunities include credit courses provided by Winston-Salem State University faculty to students who are place or time bound and cannot take advantage of on-campus offerings. Delivery methods include online programs and traditional face-to-face programs with faculty-led classes at Off-Campus sites, videotape, cable television, technology-assisted instruction including use of the Internet and interactive telecommunications, and other media. While technologies are used to provide instruction, instructional support, and student development services, Winston-Salem State University emphasizes customer service and responsiveness to the needs and concerns of all its students. Distance learners will have access to full-time faculty and staff committed to delivering these services. Current programs include:
