Phone: (336) 750-2529 Fax: (336) 750-2522 betzs@wssu.edu http://gorams.wssu.edu/faculty/betzs/	Home / Undergraduate Studies / College of Arts and Sciences / Fine Arts / Art Program Scott Betz Foundations and Studio Art Coordinator Scott Betz, Associate Professor of Art, holds the B.F.A. in Painting and Printmaking from the University of Evansville, the M.S. in Art from Indiana State University, the M.F.A in Painting and Drawing from the University of Tennessee and studied at the Alliance Francaise in Paris, France. His artwork has been in over 100 exhibitions in Australia, England, France, Japan, United Arab Emirates, as well as across the United States. He was a 2005 award winner in both the World Council for the Arts, 2nd International Exhibition in San Francisco, CA and the National Halpert Biennial Art Exhibition at the Turchin Center for the Arts in Boone, NC. He was the recipient of the Hemmingway Faculty Vitality Award and nominated for the Silver Crest Master Teacher Award in 2004.
