Distinguished Master Teacher Program
The WSSU Faculty Fellows Program (FFP) supports the professional development of tenure-track, and tenured faculty. The FFP culminates in a certificate (The Certificate of Distinction for Junior Faculty and Distinguished Master Teacher Certificate for more seasoned faculty). The two-tiered program will allow for training and development at all faculty ranks, and seek to support a culture for professional development, and teaching excellence guided by the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL). Part-time faculty and non-tenure track faculty are invited to attend FTP events.
