The Division of Lifelong Learning at WSSU brings the university's excellent programs and resources to individuals of all ages. If you are seeking a career change, professional development, academic or career advancement, or personal enrichment, our programs and services can benefit you. We offer innovative credit and non-credit programs through a number of methods:
- on campus
- online
- off-campus sites throughout the region
- during the evenings
- on weekends
- during the summer
Students of all ages can take advantage of our diverse and flexible program offerings in business and economics, education, arts and sciences, and health sciences. Weâ??re also glad to support students through orientation and advising; assistance with admissions and registration; plus access to tutoring, the library, the bookstore, and other academic support services.

OUR MISSION
The mission of the Division of Lifelong Learning Is to enhance the personal and professional lives of people of all ages and increase their access to socioeconomic opportunities by offering innovative credit and non-credit programs in alternative delivery methods. We accomplish our mission through collaboration with WSSU faculty, staff and the community to design program offerings for delivery through our distance learning, continuing education, summer sessions, and evening and weekend programs.
