ASSESSMENT AUDIT TIMELINES

Each unit defined in TracDat* is asked to participate in annual audits.

Major-Level Assessment Audit Timeline

Data entry is to be completed by the faculty member who is typically a member of the Academic Assessment Committee.  The audit form is then completed and signed by the Chair and Dean.

May 13, 2014  
(Tuesday)

Audit forms completed by Chairs and sent to Deans.

May 27, 2014    (Tuesday)

Completed audit forms with Chair and Dean signatures are to be submitted to Institutional Assessment and Research (Anderson Modular 242C)

 

Department-Level Assessment Audit Timeline

Data entry is to be completed by the Department Chair.  The audit form is then completed and signed by the Associate Dean and Dean.

May 13, 2014

Chair deadline to complete data entry for departments into TracDat.

May 15, 2014 
(Thursday)

Distribute audit forms to Associate Deans via email.

June 9, 2014
(Monday)

Audit forms completed by Associate Deans and sent to Deans.

June 23, 2014
(Monday)

Completed audit forms with Associate Dean and Dean signatures are to be submitted to Institutional Assessment and Research (Anderson Modular 242C).

 

Administrative-Unit Assessment Audit Timeline

Data entry is to be completed by the staff member who is typically a member of the Administrative Assessment Committee. The audit form is then completed and signed by two relevant reviewers, normally a Director and a Vice Chancellor.

There are two sets of audit dates for Administrative units.  Each unit should choose the audit timeline that best fits their needs.

Option 1:
June 19, 2014

Audit form completed by first reviewer (e.g., Director) and sent to second reviewer (e.g., Vice Chancellor).

Option 1:
June 24, 2013
 
(Thursday)

Completed audit forms with first reviewer (e.g., Director) and second reviewer (e.g., Vice Chancellor) signatures are to be submitted to Institutional Assessment and Research (Anderson Modular 242C).

Option 2:
August 1, 2014
  
(Friday)

Audit form completed by first reviewer (e.g., Director) and sent to second reviewer (e.g., Vice Chancellor).

Option 2:  
August 15, 2014  
(Friday)

Completed audit forms with first reviewer (e.g., Director) and second reviewer (e.g., Vice Chancellor) signatures are to be submitted to Institutional Assessment and Research (Anderson Modular 242C).
