Paying online has many benefits such as simplicity of use, easy access and a user-friendly menu. You can pay a citation or purchase a permit without having to come by our Parking office which saves time, gas and money. Winston-Salem State University's Parking is a work in progress and we have made great strides over the past three years to make parking as fair and as painless a process as possible. Customer satisfaction is our main priority. We are committed to continually enhancing the level of service provided to each member of the University. Purchase A Decal - You must be a registered student or employee to make a decal purchase.
Pay Your Citation - Available to any one who has received a citation while parking at Winston-Salem State University.
Appeal Citation - To file an appeal it must be within 10 days from the day of receiving your citation. The instructions for filing are located at the bottom of the Parking Appeal Form. Please fill out, print, attach citation and bring to the parking office located on Cromartie Street across from Carolina Hall.
