Business and Auxiliary Services provides a variety of services to the University community in a friendly, convenient and customer-oriented manner. These essential support services deliver quality goods and services that are efficient, financially sound and enhance the quality of campus life for students, faculty, staff and visitors.

To operate all services offered to students in a convenient and economical manner in support of student learning and to insure that such auxiliary services operate in a self-sufficient manner within properly approved budgets at all times. WSSU auxiliaries are a combination of university operated and contractor managed entities that receive no state appropriations.
To provide quality customer services to the university community in the areas of Auxiliary Services, Postal Service, Reprographics Services, and the Office of Conferences and Institutes. Additionally, we strive to improve and enhance services through innovative and creative ideas; while involving students, faculty and staff in the decision-making process. It is the goal of all the auxiliary service units to serve the needs of the campus while recovering all costs associated with the operations by charging for the services provided.
