The Division of Finance and Administration will be a team of professionals committed to the delivery of innovative, effective and efficient customer services while maintaining fiscal integrity.
The Finance and Administration Division exists to provide campus wide administrative and fiscal services in support of the University's primary mission of instruction and public service. The functions of recording financial transactions, safeguarding physical and financial assets, allocation of resources, procurement and delivery of basic university services are handled by the division. This is accomplished through the Departments of: Accounting, Budget and Analysis, Business Services, Contracts and Grants, Facilities Management, Police and Public Safety, Purchasing, and Systems Accounting along with appropriate financial and administrative systems. The division's operations are guided by policies and procedures developed in accordance with the State of North Carolina, federal and the University of North Carolina General Administration polices and procedures. The division provides financial information to senior management, UNC General Administration, external supporters and the Board of Trustees to facilitate compliance and informed decision making.

Randy W. Mills, Ph.D, Interim Vice Chancellor
The Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration is responsible for coordinating the overall administrative and fiscal services in support of the University's primary mission of instruction and public service.
Randy W. Mills, Ph.D, Associate Vice Chancellor
The Associate Vice Chancellor for Financial Planning and Budget works directly with senior administration to develop models for financial planning, forecasting reporting including historical analysis, peer comparisons, and operational analysis for senior management. The AVC is responsible for the implementation of campus wide financial studies and special projects as assigned.

The Office Assistant serves as secretary/receptionist to the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration.
Linda W. McCullough, University Program Coordinator
The University Program Coordinator assists the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration in carrying out duties related to leadership and direction of the fiscal operations/policies, coordinates preparation of division quarterly reports to the Chancellor, Board of Trustees, and Board of Trustees of the Endowment.
