Make a Gift
It’s a great time to be a Ram!
This has been a tremendous year in the life of Winston-Salem State University. Our Athletic teams have made us proud, winning conference championships in football and basketball, and gaining national attention during the Division II Football Championship Playoffs. The campus continues to expand with new buildings changing our landscape and student achievements being recognized on a regional and national level.
Our continued success has resulted in an increase in support, involvement and engagement from our alumni. In fact, we are on a record-setting pace for alumni giving this year. More than 1,500 people pledged a gift during our recent Call Program, which ended in late April.
What is even more impressive is that we had 755 first-time donors, with 371 of them being young alumni who have graduated in the last ten years. These figures are impressive and provide us with the opportunity to continually improve our capacity for support.
It is difficult to adequately express our sincere gratitude to the donors who have pledged gifts. We know their generosity will immediately have a positive impact on our students and make a difference for years to come.
While the calls have ended, work remains to be done. We are currently following up on unpaid pledges. Once they are received the celebration can really begin. So, if you haven't paid your pledge, please send it now. If you haven't made a gift, it is not too late. Just click here to make an online contribution. And remember, it's always a good time to be a Ram!
