Cost of Attendance
The first step in deciding how to pay for your education is to understand how much it will cost and how much money you may need after any financial aid awards. The Net Price Calculator is a tool that you can use to estimate your “net price” to attend WSSU.
Net price is the difference between the “sticker” price (full cost) to attend WSSU, minus any grants and scholarships for which you may be eligible. Sticker price includes direct charges (tuition and fees, room and board) and indirect costs (books and supplies, transportation, and personal expenses).
The Net Price Calculator provides an estimate of your eligibility for financial aid at WSSU and your out-of-pocket expenses. The estimate is not an award of financial aid. You will receive your actual award from the WSSU Office of Financial Aid. Your actual award may differ from the estimate you receive from the calculator. Keep in mind that the information you receive from the Net Price Calculator is only as accurate as the information you provide.
