
Campus Fitness
Mission of the Campus Fitness department is to provide programs and services that focus on learning to be fit, achieving fitness goals and developing healthy lifestyles via group exercise, aerobic, strength, endurance and resistance training. The over arching goal of the Campus Fitness mission is to provide instruction that will teach, encourage, and emphasize the need to take responsibility for engaging in physical, educational, and recreational activities that will assist in the development of optimal physical fitness for our campus community.
