
RAMTech Ticket Submission - Web Support Services
In order to secure the services of the Web Support Services group be sure to complete a RAMTech ticket. Please remember that all web project requests must be approved by the appropriate department head/chair or content owner, before submission to the Web Support Services (WSS).
Use your WSSU login as with any other RAMTech ticket:

Select the new support ticket option, number 6.

Once a new ticket has been opened. Select the "12. Website Support" option in the "category" drop-down menu. Next chose the sub-category drop-down menu option "WSSU Website (CMS)". Then choose a request detail from the available options.

Be sure to choose your department, office location, room and include a detailed description of the project/tasks needs. You may also attach relevant file(s) using the browse and attached another file button.

Be sure to click submit to ensure the delivery of your request. We will contact you shortly after submission to inform you of completion of the task via the RAMTech ticket system or by establishing a meeting for larger projects when necessary.
