Grandparenting Program - The Community Health Prevention and Promotion Center
The Community Health Prevention and Promotion Center is designed to provide health promotion and health prevention services to grandparents and other kinship caregivers. The Center's team consist of a Family Nurse Practitioner, a Registered Nurse and Social Worker. The Community Health Prevention and Promotion Center is funded by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of North Carolina.
