Manuscripts submitted for consideration of publication must be an original contribution that has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. All persons listed as authors are expected to have made a significant contribution to the development of the manuscript. Authors are ultimately responsible for ensuring validity of published manuscripts.
All manuscripts will be reviewed by the Associate Editor prior to being assigned to external peer-reviewers. Final publication decisions remain the responsibility of the Associate Editor and/or Editor. Proofs of accepted manuscripts will be sent to the corresponding author for final review prior to publication. Extensive changes to the proofs may delay publication. The corresponding author is responsible for the entire content of copyedited articles and may incur charges should extensive changes to proofs be necessary to correct errors, other than printer's errors.
International submissions are welcomed. All manuscripts including, international submissions, must meet standards of English used for professional publications.
Submissions by Emerging Scholars are welcomed. Emerging scholars are defined as persons who both completed their terminal degree within the past 5 years and have pursued a scholarly career for less than 5 years. Emerging Scholars should identify themselves as such at the time an article is submitted. Emerging scholars will be given additional assistance in developing articles for publication.
