Position Responsibilities

  • Process initial North Carolina standard and graduate level teacher licensure applications, add-ons, and endorsements for students/candidates and graduate students.
  • Advise students on academic choices that will position them as graduates to receive appropriate teacher licensure in NC and those states that have a reciprocal agreement with North Carolina.
  • Prepare materials and presentations regarding guidelines and procedures for obtaining teaching licensure.
  • Serve as the University's contact between the School of Education and the State Licensure Office
