Assessment Audit Timelines

Each unit defined in Nuventive Improve (TracDat) is expected to participate in annual audits. For 2017-2018, reviewers will be completing audit forms for units NOT under their purview.

Major-Level Assessment Audit Timeline

Data entry is to be completed by the faculty member who is typically the Program Coordinator and/or a member of the Academic Assessment Committee. The expectation is that Nuventive Improve (TracDat) will be up-to-date prior to the annual assessment audits. The audit form is then completed and signed by relevant reviewers.

Department-Level Assessment Audit Timeline

Data entry is to be completed by the unit's Department Chair. The expectation is that Nuventive Improve (TracDat) will be up-to-date prior to the annual assessment audits. The audit form is then completed and signed by relevant reviewers.

Administrative-Unit Assessment Audit Timeline

Data entry is to be completed by the staff member who is typically a member of the Administrative Assessment Committee. The expectation is that Nuventive Improve (TracDat) will be up-to-date prior to the annual assessment audits. The audit form is then completed and signed by relevant reviewers.

Administrative assessment audits will occur in the summer.  Additional information is upcoming.
