WSSU to host Adobe-sponsored RamPitch business plan competition Nov 18

Big ideas, bold dreams and a little friendly competition are taking center stage at Winston-Salem State University. The Center for Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation has announced the Fall 2025 Entrepreneurial Enlightenment Day and Student Business Plan Competition, commonly known as RamPitch, will take place Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2025, in the Dillard Auditorium of the Anderson Center.

The event, sponsored by Adobe, invites students to pitch their most innovative products or services for a chance to win cash prizes. The competition is open to all WSSU students, regardless of major or discipline.

RamPitch aims to highlight student creativity, foster real-world problem solving, and connect participants with external stakeholders and support networks to help bring their ideas to life.

Event organizer Dr. Notis Pagiavlas said, “This event is a wonderful celebration of the entrepreneurial mindset and skills we consistently develop and promote across our university. The creative energy and innovative spirit of our students is enhanced with the technical tools, classes and learning academies available to refine their venture ideas.”
