Saturday Academy

The Saturday Academy of the NC-MSEN Pre-College Program occurs during the fall and spring semesters. The students receive academic instruction in mathematics, science and technology. Mathematics and science topics are covered throughout the year. In addition, students are made aware of academic course selection, SAT requirements and tips, the college selection process, financial aid, scholarships and mathematics and science career opportunities. Included in our curriculum are parent workshops that focus on supporting children's education and academic preparation.

The NC-MSEN Pre-College Program will admit students on a first-come first-serve basis for the Saturday Academy Program with an emphasis on under-served students. Courses will be taught in mathematics, science, technology, and enrichment for middle and high school students.

In order to be considered for the 2018-19 Saturday Academy academic year, students must submit an application along with a $50.00 registration fee on or before September 29, 2018. After September 29th, a late fee of $25.00 will be charged.
