Ms. Jenkins started at Winston-Salem State University as an intern in the Financial Systems area.  As the need of the University evolved the department adapted to the need and later became Process Improvement, Reporting, & Analysis with Ms. Jenkins holding the role of Technology Support Technician.  With the ever changing technical arena she later was moved into the Administrative Information Systems area and promoted to Business Systems Analysis. She remain there until she accepted a position at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  Later she returned to Winston-Salem State University in her current role of Systems Accountant for Finance and Administration.

She can be described as a highly-motivated professional with knowledge of integrated relational database systems such as Ellucian Banner’s Enterprise Resource Planning system. Dedicated and resourceful with previous success in assisting with the implementation and training for various software application as well as process improvement development. Adaptable individual eager for professional growth, additional responsibility, and the opportunity to leverage and apply existing technical expertise. Solid technical and interpersonal skills, problem solving, research, as well as ad hoc projects execution.
