Biography

Officer S. Ligons has been with the Winston-Salem State University Police Department since September 2016 and is a Police Policer Officer for the Patrol Division. Officer S. Ligons graduated from the Spring 2016 BLET Academy at Forsyth Technical Community College and has an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice that she obtained through Forsyth Technical Community College. As well as, a Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Studies that she obtained through Winston-Salem State University. While attending Winston-Salem State University, Officer S. Ligons research paper, titled “Revisiting the Travis Hirschi’s Social Bond Theory” that was published.
