Biography
Dr. Adeel Malik joined the Department of Computer Science at Winston-Salem State University in 2025. He brings substantial industry experience in systems and network administration, along with noteworthy research contributions in cybersecurity, establishing him as a respected authority in his field. He demonstrates a genuine passion for student engagement and academic development. Prior to joining Winston-Salem State University, Dr. Malik gained valuable teaching experience at the University of Texas at El Paso and Mercer University, where he developed a strong record of effective instruction and student mentorship across diverse learning environments.
