Position Responsibilities

• Advise Band and Choir members on program majors and career development
• Promote academic success skills for lifelong learning
• Monitor and track the retention, progression, and graduation of assigned caseload
• Identify targeted student populations for academic intervention utilizing Predictive Analytics
• Help students understand that learning can be applied in day-to-day application through exploration, trial and error, challenge, and decision-making.
