All course evaluations are administered exclusively online.

As of Spring 2015, all Course Evaluations are being administered exclusively online, and with several administration periods each semester. The administration dates for course evaluations are determined by the end date of the course. This will allow courses that do not fall into the traditional 8- or 16-week categories to be evaluated as close to the end as possible. If the end date is incorrect in Banner, then please notify Ginny Moench at 750-8636 immediately. Please keep in mind that these dates are projected and can vary due to logistical issues.

These dates apply to face-to-face and online delivered courses, as well as courses that have been designated as Writing in the Major (WIM). The core questions on the Course Evaluation Instrument (PDF) will be used for all three types of courses, with supplemental questions for distance learning and Writing in the Major (WIM) courses.

All instructors for team taught courses are evaluated through Qualtrics.
Ginny Moench will contact department chairs and/or faculty members to confirm that the correct instructors are listed in Banner for team taught classes prior to the administration period.
