Welcome to the new Office of Faculty Affairs website! Under the guidance of the Office of the Provost, the Office of Faculty Affairs is the central hub for faculty as they progress through their careers at Winston-Salem State University from appointment to retirement. As you will see on the left side of the page, the main sections of the site have been broken down into three categories: New Faculty, Faculty and Departments.

The intention of this design is that each section will house information needed by each group (New Faculty, Faculty and Departments respectively). For example, an incoming faculty member can find helpful information, forms and resources to help them as they acclimate themselves to WSSU under the New Faculty section of the website, while departmental units can find relevant administrative resources under the Departments heading. While we hope the navigation, forms and policies found on this site will be self-explanatory, we encourage you to contact us at any time with feedback, concerns, or questions. We hope this website will be an important tool to faculty members and departmental units, help us administer academic processes more efficiently, and aid us as we attempt to become a centralized clearinghouse for all faculty-related information and guidance. We look forward to hearing from you, and thank you for being a part of the WSSU family.
