Summer Scholars

The NC-MSEN Summer Scholars Program is an exciting opportunity for rising 6-12 grade scholars
to engage in hands-on learning in mathematics, science, and technology. The program will run from
June 15-19, operating Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

During the week’s experience, scholars will participate in a variety of engaging academic and
enrichment activities designed to expand their knowledge and expose them to real-world STEM
applications. Throughout the program, scholars will:

• Participate in interactive, hands-on STEM activities
• Explore community-focused learning experiences
• Build leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

In addition to these experiences, scholars will have the opportunity to earn valuable certifications and
skill-based training, including CPR Certification, 3-D Printing Certificate, and Introduction to Drone
Operations Course.

Space in the program is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. To be considered,
scholars must submit a completed application. Payment information and additional program details
