Financial Aid Award

Check Your Award Status

  1. Logon on to Banner RAMS Online
  2. Click on the Financial Aid Tab and click Award
  3. Click Award by Aid Year

Accept Your Award

  1. Logon on to Banner RAMS Online
  2. Click on the Financial Aid Tab and click Award
  3. Click Award by Aid Year
  4. Select Terms and Conditions tab. Carefully Read The Terms and Conditions.
  5. Click on the Accept Award Offer tab.
  6. Choose Accept or Decline in the drop down box for each loan award

    If you are accepting a loan award, enter the total amount you wish to accept for each award (Note: You must accept the entire subsidized loan amount before accepting an unsubsidized loan amount.)
  7. Click Submit Decision

NOTE

  • If you have accepted loans you must complete Loan Entrance Counseling and a Master Promissory note. Click on the Loan Entrance Counseling link on the left to do so.
  • Students receiving financial aid are required to complete a Title IV Authorization Form. To download the Title IV Authorization Form:
    Go to Student Accounts - Forms
    Choose the appropriate form for download: Student or Parent

Loan Entrance Counseling/Master Promissory Note

You must complete Loan Entrance Counseling and the Master Promissory Note if you and/or your parent(s) have accepted loans. To complete Loan Entrance Counseling and to sign a Master Promissory Note:

  1. Go to Student Loans
  2. Click on Sign In
  3. Enter your Social Security Number, First two (2) characters of your last name, your date of birth in mm/dd/yyyy and your FAFSA PIN
  4. Click on and complete Entrance Counseling
  5. Click on and complete Sign Master Promissory Note
