The Technology Support Services (TSS) provides support and communication for all Information Technology requests. It is our mission to provide strong communication, swift resolutions, and exceptional service by phone, in person, or through our RAMTech system. If we cannot resolve issues directly, we will ensure you're redirected to parties who can.

Who do we support?

Faculty, Staff, and Students at Winston-Salem State University

What do we support?

  • For Faculty and Staff, we support hardware and software on University issued devices and RAMId requests.
  • For Students, we support RAMId requests and can provide instruction on downloading University approved and provided applications.
  • We also support all of the labs on campus and are responsible for ensuring all University devices are updated on a regular basis.
  • We also provide loaner equipment on a short term basis as needed for projects, conferences, or other University related work. You can check out this equipment in O'Kelly Room 203.
