Client Technology Services (CTS) is dedicated to delivering reliable, secure, and innovative technology support to the WSSU community. We partner with students, faculty, and staff to ensure seamless access to the tools and resources needed for teaching, learning, research, and daily operations.
What We Do
CTS provides comprehensive end-user support and technology solutions across campus, including:
- Desktop & Laptop Support
Setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of university-owned devices - Software & Application Support
Installation, updates, and support for university-approved software - Classroom & Lab Technology
Front-line Support for instructional technology in classrooms, labs, and learning spaces - IT Service Desk
First point of contact for technical assistance and service requests - Device Deployment & Asset Management
Imaging, deployment, tracking, and replacement of university devices - Remote & On-Site Support
Assistance available both virtually and in person to meet user needs
